Customer Problem

Tier 1 miner unable to get product on to site for planned shutdown due to OHS requirements. Potential high penalty cost for client would occur if delay to shutdown. Existing supplier chain was unable to meet manufacturing  timelines and goals for the project.

What we did

Manufactured to tight drawing specification the transportation framing and crates to safely transport the wear plates and the shutes for the shutdown. This was done within a very short timeframe to enable customer to deliver products on site to achieve client’s scheduled shutdown without incurring any time delays or penalty costs for the project.
