Customer Problem

Catastrophic failure of equipment requiring turn around to get manufacturing again, and required re-design of components to enable effective utilisation of plant.

What we did

 With no “off-the-shelf” product available for customer for product maintenance. We designed and developed emergency solution to enable manufacturing to continue with minimum shutdown. Worked with customer to design and manufacture components for improved plant efficiency improving operating-life of component. Resulted in improve service life of over 3x original component resulting in few shutdowns and increase plant efficiency.
